The video is formed of 2 main parts:

How to obtain get pure black world tendency starting from pure white world tendency.
To move toward pure black world tendency you have to die 6 TIMES in human form.
In order to obtain human form you need an object called "stone of ephemeral eyes".
I started to hunt for black phantoms at the end of my first run so I had a lot of these stones. If you don't have alot here you can find a guide that will show you how to find some:

Black Phantom executioner Miralda location and how I beated her


Killing black phantoms as Miralda is necessary to move the character toward pure white character tendency. Once the character is pure white, the monumetal will give you the Ally Ring.

Uccidere i fantasmi neri come Miralda è necessario per muoversi verso la tendenza del personaggio pura bianca che, una votla ottenuta, farà si' che il monumentale vi doni l'anello dell'amico.
