Ulli: That's okay with me.
Charlie: I thought it couldn't go fast enough for you.
Ulli: Well, we've agreed on the important stuff, haven't we? With the notary we can work out the details then.
Charlie: So you're not going back to Munich in between?
Ulli: No, I would like to stay here.
Charlie: Ah. Who's covering for you?
Ulli: I have an awesome barman. A 100% trustworthy guy.
Charlie: Well Ulli, if you want a piece of advice. You can really only count on yourself.
Elisabeth: Hallo.
Charlie: Hi. Arno.
Arno: So, contract nailed?
Ulli: Well, not quite. But soon.
Charlie: Ulli suddenly isn't in much of a hurry anymore.
Arno: Sounds like it.
Ulli: We'll leave you alone for a moment, okay?
Elisabeth: Well sure, if you don't like us anymore.
Ulli: Is there already somebody interested in the apartment?
Arno: No, but since you're not in a hurry anymore ...
Ulli: Just asking. I know I won't be able to sell the apartment over night.
Arno: But you still want to buy the Bistro in Munich?
Ulli: Of course. Nothing has changed in that respect, but I would really like to stay for a little while longer. Maybe me and Tom can have another chance after all.

Tom: Hey, I missed you.
Olli: Hard to believe, since your Ulli was here.
Tom: What's that supposed to mean again? How often do I have to tell you, there is nothing going on between me and Ulli.
Olli: From your perspective, maybe.
Tom: Neither from his.
Olli: Have you asked him?
Tom: No and I don't need to. It's clear enough. Don't you believe me? Hey, one boyfriend is plenty enough for me.
Jonas: Hey, looks like my timing is perfect. Can I too?
Tom: You?
Jonas: Yeah, I really need some coffee right now.
Tom: Right. Help yourself.
Olli: I'll be right back.
Tom: Okay. Jonas, I don't know what to do. Oliver is so terribly jealous.
Jonas: I can't blame him.
Tom: Why? Ulli and me are totally casual with each other.
Jonas: Maybe a bit too casual if you ask me.
Tom: Well sorry, we were a couple for a while, it's perfectly normal.
Jonas: Sure. Ulli is your ex-boyfriend and you two had a very intense relationship. That's exactly what gets to Olli, he isn't stupid.
Tom: I have no idea what's the problem of everybody. I'm so glad I still get along with Ulli. If all you people think differently, that's hardly my problem.

Arno: Well pardon me, but do you think that's fair?
Waiter: Already picked something?
Arno: I'll have the salmon filet.
Waiter: And you?
Ulli: Nothing. Thanks.
Arno: What was I saying? Right. When you moved to Munich back then, you made a decision against Tom, didn't you?
Ulli: No. It was Tom you broke up with me.
Arno: Oh, I didn't know that.
Ulli: He didn't like the idea of a long-distance relationship.
Arno: Have you tried?
Ulli: Well yes, in the beginning. Tom couldn't deal. You know, until then he was the guy with the career. Then I got the offer from Charlie and he got really pissed because I had no time for him anymore.
Arno: As a restaurant owner this will hardly change for you. Quite to the contrary.
Ulli: Arno, I'm still in love with Tom. I really just became aware of it again.
Arno: He's got a new boyfriend.
Ulli: Maybe Tom still loves me too. In secret.
Arno: It's said one shouldn't warm up old affairs.
Ulli: But one can try. See you.
