📌This recipe requires tamarind.
If you have tamarind seed and not the puree (or pulp), for this recipe, take 3 tamarind seeds. Soak in about 2 tbsp of hot water for 10 mins. Scrape the outside of the seed with a teaspoon (if water is not too hot, can use fingers - will be easier). Then strain so that the pulp is sieved through.
