This house is condemned but people still live inside, part 1

Описание: This is one of the most shocking houses I've ever seen in my LIFE.
The house is literally falling down and condemned and the tenants are still living here. I felt so much compassion for these people. I had to give the owner a hug. The condemned property list is a good place to find motivated sellers, but you must be ready to help them, not take advantage of them!!!!
There are 3 steps in valuating a house to determine whether it’s going to be a good deal:
1. The financing
2. The condition of the property
3. The seller’s motivation.
Once you’ve got a clear understanding of those, then it’s time to negotiating and valuate how to put the deal together. Today, we’re looking at a house with no equity, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do the deal. This seller owns a house that is literally uninhabitable. Her brother, whom has diabetes, has been living in the house and will need a place to live once they sell. These are the tough situations investors have to try to find solutions to help people. It’s our burden to make our communities better places to live.
This house looks ok from the street view, but once we got to the back at you can see the terrible moisture damage that could cause the back of the house to fall in. Let’s see if we can put this deal together?!?!
