Описание: In a key development, the Karnataka High Court stayed further investigation into the seizure of a Lamborghini Huracán Evo. Justice M. Nagaprasanna questioned how a senior Motor Vehicle Inspector could enter a private garage and seize the car. The petitioner, H1 Car Care, told the court that about ₹1 crore in GST and nearly ₹60 lakh in road tax had already been paid, and that the car was legally registered with the Bengaluru East RTO.

While the State said the seizure was linked to a cheating and forgery case, the court noted that RTO officials who approved the registration were not named. The owner has been allowed to seek interim custody from the magistrate. Further hearing is awaited.
