One of the tastiest pieces of meat there is. The tournedos is super tender meat, so everyone can appreciate this beautiful piece of meat.

Ingredients 3p:
3 tournedos
Sugar snaps
Bimi
Zucchini
Peas
Potatoes in shell
Pepper sauce
Recipe:
• Preheat the barbecue for direct grilling or baking on a plancha.
• When the plancha is hot, you can put the meat on it. I always tie the tournedos with butcher's twine to keep the nice shape.
• In the meantime, the vegetables and potatoes can be blanched (cooked briefly until al dente).
• The tournedos may remain in place (turn around) until a core temperature of 50 degrees.
• Heat the sauce and arrange your plate nicely.
