250g Sotanghon vermicelli noodles
500g Chicken, strips
2 cups Cabbage, roughly chop
1 Carrot, strips
1 red Onion, cube
5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 red Bell pepper, strips
1 stalk Spring onion, finely chop
1 Chicken broth cube
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon Annatto powder (asuete)
1/2 cup dark Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
3 tbsp. Vegetable oil to sauté
2 cups Water
2 tbsp. cooking Wine
1/2 teaspoon ground Pepper or to taste
