How To Tone and Brighten Blonde Hair At Home

Описание: In this video, I'll show you how to tone and brighten already blonde hair at home - at one point you will notice your hair is starting to go brassy and this is an easy fix so you don't have to go and spent hundreds of dollars at the salon quite as often.

Here's my lightning formula for hair that is already blonde but just needs that extra pop of lightness. (Use only if needed) and it causes very minimal damage to hair.

1oz powder bleach
1oz 10 vol developer

Mix and apply to areas where lightning is desired.

Toner formula. Tones out yellowing, and uneven tones in blonde. ( will not work on orange hair or brunette hair.

1/3 oz 09T shades eq
1/3 oz 09N shades eq
1/3 oz 09V shades eq
1oz crystal clear
2oz processing solution

Shake well and apply to day hair.
Let sit for 2-5 mins
