Stratasys Fortus 400mc What Caused 3D Print Failure? - Now that my Stratasys Fortus 400mc is Booting Up properly it's time to 3D Print some Parts. First I removed the old UPS Backup Battery, rerouted the two Extension Cords and RS232 Cable and closed the panel where the hard wired Electrical Wires from the Transformer enters the back of the 3D Printer.
Once those things were finished, it was time to load the ABS Thermoplastic Filament and SR30 Support Filament. I hope you enjoy the step-by-step guide on how it's done.
Next, it was time to 3D Print a small test Sample part. Didn't go quite as planned. Watch till the end of the video to see what happened and what the probable cause was.
