A suspect police say is connected to an April shooting at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway managed to evade police twice in one night, stealing a city-owned mosquito truck in the process. Zion Jackson, wanted in connection to the UCA shooting, was initially stopped by Hazen Police on May 10 in the parking lot of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree stores.
