Khar is an Assamese traditional dish. Khar means an alkaline extract made from ashes of burnt bhim kol peel. Each and every family has their own way of cooking Khar, but the base is the same.
LAI XAAK KHAR - So here's presenting one of my most favorite khar which I mastered each and every step from my Aunt / Borma (Late Mrs. Adiba Rahman, may her good soul RIP).
