Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno–Hatta) (IATA: CGK, ICAO: WIII), abbreviated SHIA[7] or Soetta, formerly legally called Jakarta Cengkareng Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Jakarta Cengkareng) (hence the IATA designator "CGK"), is the primary airport serving the Jakarta metropolitan area on the island of Java in Indonesia. Named after the first president and vice-president of Indonesia, Sukarno (1901–1970) and Mohammad Hatta (1902–1980), the airport is located at Benda, Tangerang and Cengkareng, West Jakarta, which is about 20 km northwest of Central Jakarta. Together with Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, they served over 80 million passengers in 2019.[8]

Serpong-Cinere Toll Road or Sercin Toll Road[1] (reversed with the name Cinere-Serpong Toll Road) is one of the toll roads that is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 which is planned to connect with the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road in the west and the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road in the east. The toll road that connects South Tangerang with Depok City crosses several areas, such as Jombang, Ciputat, Pamulang, Pondok Cabe and Cinere. This toll road will be managed by PT Cinere Serpong Jaya (CSJ) whose shares are mostly owned by PT Jasa Marga with a construction cost of Rp 2.1 trillion.

This toll road is divided into two sections.[2] Section 1 is 6.5 kilometers long from Serpong to Pamulang area, while section 2 is 3.64 kilometers long from Pamulang to Cinere area.

Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road or Kunser Toll Road is an 11.2 km toll road that is part of the JORR 2 network that will connect Soekarno-Hatta Airport to Cibitung. This toll road network serves to break up traffic that currently accumulates in the city of Jakarta, as well as on JORR. This toll road will also be connected to the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, Cengkareng-Batuceper-Kunciran Toll Road, Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road, and Serpong-Cinere Toll Road. This toll road was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on Friday, December 6, 2019 at the Parigi Toll Gate, Pondok Aren.

The Kunciran-Serpong toll road is divided into two work packages, namely package I Kunciran-Parigi along 6.7 kilometers which is worked on by contractor PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Package II, Parigi-Serpong along 4.4 kilometers worked on by PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (KSO). The construction of the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road costs around Rp 2 trillion. In details, the contract value of package I is Rp 1.4 trillion, while package II is worth Rp 600.3 billion.

This toll road network serves to break up traffic that currently accumulates in the city of Jakarta, as well as on JORR and the connecting route between the Greater Tangerang area and the airport.

This toll road is also connected to the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road, and Prof. Dr. Sedyatmo Toll Road.
