1) Mountain Climber (30Secs x 3 Sets)
2) Spider Climber (30Secs x 3 Sets)
3) Toe Touch For your Abs (10 for each leg x 3 Sets)
4) "T" Plank (10 for each side x 3 Sets)
5) High Plank (30Secs x 3 Sets)
Note: Take the rest of 30 sec after every exercise.
