If you want to control your appetite and reduce stress that can lead to cravings, get your cortisol levels under control. Getting a good night’s sleep is essential. Factor in at least 30 minutes a day for exercise. Practice deep breathing throughout the day to relieve stress. Breathe in to a count of five, and breathe out to a count of five. Try that a few times throughout the day, and even before your next meal.
