Sending your sit-bones over your shoulders is the key movement to almost 100% successfully catching the balance for handstand.

Handstand requires 3 different shoulder placements from the entry, halfway, and on the way up. Once your hips get past 90 degrees, then you will need to elevate your scapula in the full range of motion and rotate your shoulders outwardly. These 2 motions are often explained as "Push Tall". The faster you can hit the past 90 degrees, the easier all the rest into a straight upside-down position.

In this video, I am demonstrating how accurately and quickly you can catch the sweet position to catch the balance by using the low-balancing technique. My absolute favorite warm-up routines to share!!
