Seam has been occupying the spaces of my ears as of late. I was turned on to them back in May of this year, the album "Are You Driving Me Crazy?" After a few listens I grew to like it, but not really something I'd actively listen to or even recommend really. I then listened to the album previous, "The Problem With Me" and I only listened to it once and decided I didn't much like it except for the closing track "Autopilot," a haunting piece of looped guitar and a lullaby bass. But recently, in the last few weeks actually, I gave "The Problem With Me" a few more listens and realized it's a really good album. I came to realize that Seam takes a lot of patience, the payoffs aren't immediate but they come in spades if you let it. I've since grown to really enjoy "Are You Driving Me Crazy?" as well and would gladly recommend them both to anyone looking for some slower indie rock.

Seam's last effort, "This Pace Is Glacial," isn't as good as the previous two albums but definitely worth a listen if you enjoy the aforementioned albums.

I went back and decided to find the first thing Seam put out, when the band was just Sooyung Park on guitar, Lexi Mitchell on bass, and Mac McCaughan on drums. Good stuff on it, and the only reason I decided to upload the entire single was because the second B side track, "Which Way To Go?", isn't on youtube. The lovely vocals by who I can only assume Lexi Mitchell melt into the guitars and ooze right into my ears.

Also, there's a few hiccups in the track transitions, and in fact "Grain" has the first 10 seconds shaved off of it. The entirety of the track "Grain" can be found here:    • Seam - Grain
