The North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR) aims to link Clark International Airport in Pampanga to Calamba, Laguna, spanning 147 kilometers. Once fully operational, travel time along the corridor could drop from nearly four hours to two. Partial operations are expected by December 2027, with full operations targeted for January 2032.
