For this week's workout review, I gave Fitness Blender the ol' college try....and it didn't quite go as expected. In this video I'm giving you the low down on Fitness Blender's free workouts and fitness content including all the pros and cons from my week of trying out their workouts.
Note - you may notice that this video seems a bit out of order compared to the last couple, and that's because I meant to post this a few weeks ago but hadn't finished editing (whoops!).
