Full Instructions:
Super Butterbeer Latte

Dark Butterscotch:
1/2c Dark Brown Sugar
1.5oz butter
1/4t apple cider vinegar
1/4t vanilla extract
1oz heavy cream
pinch salt

Method: In a saucepan combine butter and sugar over medium heat and cook until sugar has melted completely and the mixture has taken on a thick frothy appearance, 5 to 10 minutes. Whisk in cream, vanilla, vinegar, and salt. Remove from heat.

Cream Soda Foam:
3oz cream soda
2oz brown sugar
1oz cream
-Whipped Cream Maker
-Whipped Cream Chargers
Garnishes: Salt & rum extract

Method: Add brown sugar and cream soda to a saucepan. Reduce on high heat until light syrup consistency. Add cream, and remove from heat. Transfer to whipped cream maker, and charge with two chargers.

Finishing The Beverage: Add ~1oz of butterscotch to the bottom of your mug. Pull a standard double shot of espresso, and then pour that on top of your butterscotch. Stir with a spoon, and then steam your milk. Steam latte milk in the standard method, and pour ~8oz of milk into your butterscotch/espresso cup, leaving room for your foam. Fill the remaining mug space with your cream soda foam, and garnish with salt (thanks Carlin Brothers) and a few drops of rum extract.
