when I first started playing FF8, I was like, "man, Square really improved their midis compared to the last game. I wonder what it would sound like with the previous instruments, anyway?" so I did it. it's not anywhere close to the original in sounding realistic, but it's pretty good, I think
it's still super funny to me that a lot of people think that FF8 was orchestrated, but it's not; it's just really good midi!
