High Speed Rail : അതിവേഗപാതയ്ക്ക് പുതിയ റൂട്ടുമായി ഇ ശ്രീധരൻ ..കൊട്ടാരക്കര, പത്തനംതിട്ട , വഴി നെടുമ്പാശേരി, കരിപ്പൂർ വിമാനത്താവളങ്ങളെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചാണ് സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് ഗേജിൽ പുതിയ പാത. മണിക്കൂറിൽ ഇരുനൂറു കിലോ മീറ്റർ വേഗതയിലുള്ള പാതയ്ക്കായി ചെലവു പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് 56500 കോടി രൂപയാണ്.
E Sreedharan has proposed a new alignment for a high-speed rail corridor connecting airports via Kottarakkara and Pathanamthitta. The standard-gauge line is designed for speeds up to 200 km/h, with an estimated cost of ₹56,500 crore.
