Do you love baking up fall flavors as much as I do? I love this Apple Spice Cake Recipe... it's perfect for this season. Pairs wonderfully with Cream Cheese Icing!
INGREDIENTS
-2 Sticks (226g) Unsalted Butter (softened)
-2 Cups (384g) Granulated Sugar
-4 Large Eggs
-2 3/4 Cups (344g) All Purpose Flour
-2 1/4 Tsp (8.5g) Baking Powder
-1/2 Tsp (2.5g)Salt
-2 Tbsp (15g) Cinnamon
-1/2 Tsp (1g) Ground Nutmeg
-1/4 Tsp (.5g) Ground Ginger
-1/4 Tsp (.5g) Allspice
-1 Cup (120g) Sour Cream (or substitute 1 Cup [240 ml] Whole Milk)
-2 Tsp (10 ml) Vanilla Extract
-2 Med-Large Apples (about 2 Cups [360g] peeled and chopped)
Bake at 350°F/176°C
