Описание: The A2B Switch (Anti Two Block Switch/ Overhoist Switch) from the integrated Crane Safety Solution & Manufacturer- “Klug Avalon Pvt Ltd” based in India, is a Crane-Safe Sensor system designed and integrated-ly manufactured to provide high-end safety while lifting any heavy load on the work-filed, that alerts and send signals back to the Crane Operator when the lifting hooks close to the head of the crane boom on SLI Control Unit / HMI (Human Machine Interface) mounted in the Crane's cabin.

In the two-block collision situation, the alert signal is being streamed directly to the crane operator resulting in the activation of Cut-off action (The whole Crane's operation goes on hold until the crane operator bypasses it via HMI system). This over hoist sensor avoids the huge accident and damage to the head and the hook block, by accurately measuring the safe distance between them and generating the alert signals in such a situation.

The length between the hook block and crane head in the Over-hoist switch can be configured/calibrated as per the crane requirement.
