Ingredients:
(Tsp - Teaspoon Tbsp - Tablespoon lb - Pounds gm - Grams)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 oz
Garlic (Finley Minced) - 1/4 cup or 8 large cloves
Green Chili - 2 thinly sliced (I used a combination of red & green for color)
Cilantro/Kothimeer - 2 tbsp finely chopped
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp or to taste
Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Italian or Bruschetta Seasoning - 1 tsp
Garlic Salt - 1/2 tsp

Detailed Process:

Take a bowl. Add the items listed under the “Ingredients”. Combine everything well. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse. If you cannot wait, serve right away. It will taste equally good. Serve with Artisan Sourdough bread. Enjoy!

Notes:
1) Can be made ahead & kept refrigerated.
2) Stays good for at least 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator if handled & stored properly.
