Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) needed to re-evaluate their digital presence to better support customers across their London communities, and to create an industry-leading website that meets modern content, journey, usability and accessibility needs.
In this video, we share how we partnered with NHG to design and deliver a refreshed Umbraco website with a clear goal, increasing lead generation by encouraging users to explore developments, book viewings, and learn more about available homes. Following a discovery phase to understand audience needs and behaviour, we created a flexible design system and page templates aligned to NHG’s brand refresh, while keeping the experience user-friendly and accessible.
We also delivered key functionality to support the customer journey, including CRM integration via API for quick viewing bookings and expressions of interest, plus an interactive affordability calculator to help users find a home that suits their location and budget.
