HOMEMADE PANEER RECIPE ✅
Ingredients:
500ml milk
Chilli flakes
Salt
Coriander
Lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Boil the milk well.
2. Gradually add chilli flakes, salt, coriander, and lemon juice to curdle the milk.
3. Strain the curdled milk through a cloth and rinse it with water.
4. Squeeze out excess water and let it set.
5. Place a heavy object on top to help it set.
6. Your paneer will be ready in 30 minutes.
Benefits:
This homemade paneer is a healthy option, containing approximately 18-20 grams of protein per 100 grams. Enjoy your chemical-free paneer!
