ALL TOILETS ARE ELECTRIC VACUUM, NO MANUAL TOILET This houseboat is different from the others since it has 6 suites facing West in order to have a nice view at the sunset time. Good privacy between the suites since they are staggered and with good distance between them. Further from one suite's deck is not possible to see the guests of the others. It reminds the Maldives style water bungalow with the difference that our suites are on a houseboat, so they are floating and not damaging any reef or bottom of the sea with concrete pillars! We suggest these suites for couples in honey moon or that are looking for a special experience with good comfort, space and privacy. Kids (less than 16 yo) are not accepted on this houseboat. We have other houseboats perfect for families where kids are super welcome! Each Suite has a private outdoor deck with sunbeds, shade and a ladder to enter the sea and has also two private areas where to eat, one indoor and one outdoor. At the GROUND FLOOR there is one king bed with a two rooms comfort room (one for the toilet/sink and one for the hot water shower). It also has a double sink out of the two rooms and a big separate walk-in wardrobe. The front wall of 6 mtrs is in folding glass panels so the view is amazing both when open and when closed since there is no frame between the glasses! UPSTAIRS there is a mezzanine with one dining table in front of a 2.5 mtrs wide folding glass doors, also without frame to have an amazing view from an higher position! There is also one bathroom with hot water shower and there is also the possibility to pull out one king bed in case it is needed. Further the plan is to have a private restaurant in the back just for the guests of these suites, elevated so the guests can enjoy the view of the sunset also from there. The price is for 2 guests in each Suite and there is a small extra for each additional person. AC is available with surcharge. Free High Speed Starlink Satellite, free use of kayaks, stand up paddleboard and masks and fins.
