The streets of Batac, San Nicolas, Laoag, and Paoay echoed with loud drums and cheers as MMSU celebrated its 2024 board and bar exam passers and topnotchers on January 16.
A grand motorcade, featuring over 70 decorated vehicles, paraded through the streets, led by MMSU OIC-President Prima Fe R. Franco and university officials. This event is part of the ongoing month-long celebration of the university's founding anniversary.
