This is a quick down and dirty on how BRC was for me when I went in 2019. It really is difficult to explain how brutal this competition is. I'll make more videos in regard to preparing for BRC and how to endure the physical/ and mental challenges of the competition in the future to give everyone a better idea of what it is all about.
