Warm Hearty Soup From Beef Shanks In The Instant Pot

While the snow flurried outside I was inside making a warm hearty Soup with a couple of Beef Shanks I had in the freezer.
2 beef shanks
4 potatoes
4 carrots
4 stalks of celery
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of corn
1tsp salt
1tsp Italian Seasoning
6 cups of beef broth
Pressure cook for 1.5 hours
Remove bones and beef skin/fat
Shred beef
Return shredded beef to pot
Serve and enjoy
Garlic Bread
Loaf of bread
6 tblsp of butter melter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Mix butter and seasonings together
Spread on bread
Wrap bread in foil
Warm through in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes
Slice serve and enjoy
