Doug Gray, Ph.D., PCC is an outcome-based executive coach, leadership consultant, speaker, and author who helps leaders develop their signature strengths and achieve business outcomes.  Since 1997 he has worked with over 10,000 leaders in multiple business sectors, education and government.

As the former director of a non-profit agency in Washington, D.C. that grew 900% in 8 years, Doug knows how to manage and lead teams. In addition to his one-on-one coaching and consulting work with executives, he frequently speaks and writes on positive psychology, the OKR process, family-owned business leadership, and organizational leadership.
