Khurram Nasir, MD, https://www.houstonmethodist.org/doct..., is a preventive cardiologist and researcher. He is the Chief of Cardiovascular Prevention & Wellness at Houston Methodist Hospital and Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is an associate editor for "Circulation" the journal and is on the board of directors for the American Society of Preventive Cardiology. He is well published in the literature with over 500 papers and he lectures all over the world. His particular professional interests include coronary atherosclerosis, non-invasive cardiac imaging including heart calcium scores, nutrition and prevention.
