Come with me on a field trip to visit Evan Marks founder of The Ecology Center. A regenerative organic farm in San Juan Capistrano, California.

I love spending hours at The Ecology Center seeing what they're growing participating in workshops, attending their communal dinners and shopping from their abundant farm shop.
Its also where Andrew and I got married! So clearly a very important place to me.
I love to see that more and more community minded farms and gardens are thriving all over the world and people are interested in interacting with the land and shortening their food supply chain.
