Enjoy my new video featuring the Siemens IQ500 Washer & Dryer.

Today, I'm washing the 5 thick jumpers from my drying cycle video using the "SPEED" setting on Cotton 60°C. This setting allows the washer-dryer combo to wash as quickly as possible, reaching 60°C rapidly by utilising optimal electricity and water. When measured, the temperature reached 64°C before the cooldown kicked in.

Why SPEED?
The SPEED button is perfect for quick washes with half-full loads, delivering exceptional performance. The machine heats up quickly to compensate for the shorter wash time, ensuring the same results as a full cycle. It also uses more water to effectively rinse out detergent, maintaining high wash performance.

Performance:
The Siemens IQ500 completed this wash cycle in just 1 hour and 15 minutes, significantly faster than the default 3-hour time. The results were impressive, effectively removing tomato stains thanks to its powerful performance and the new German "DENK MIT ACTIV CUBES" detergent.
