Raspberry Sour - A Berry-licious Twist! 🍇🍸
Follow these simple steps to create this refreshing and visually stunning drink.
Ingredients:
• 50 ml Bourbon
• 10 Fresh Raspberries
• 20 ml Lemon Juice
• 20 ml Simple Syrup
• 3 Dashes Cocoa Bitters
• 15 ml Egg White
Instructions:
1. Muddle 7 raspberries in a mixing glass.
2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, cocoa bitters and egg white.
3. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again.
4. Skewer 3 raspberries on a cocktail pick for garnish.
5. Double strain into a glass, garnish, and serve chilled.
