These cardiac coherence exercises allow you to learn to control your breathing in order to meditate - be zen - relax. This can have a positive effect on your sleep, your stress level, your concentration, ...
Explanations:
3: number of times this exercise is to be done per day (morning - noon - evening).
6: number of breaths per minute.
5: number of minutes the exercise lasts.
Practice:
Do this exercise sitting in a quiet place.
Breathe in gently through your nose when the triangle rises.
Breathe out gently through your mouth when the triangle descends.
