Using TipKit to Highlight Features - ReservApp Part 4

Описание: TipKit was one of the introductions to Swift this year. We will create a PopoverTip and a TipView to show the user a new action they can perform and a new section in our App. We will go over how to display tips conditionally and how to remove them according to what the user does in the App.
