This is a 12-part class (+ 4 bonus mini videos) on how to make homemade, whole grain bread. Each class is like a "slice" of bread, so you can learn one step at a time. I felt like I used to run a "brick factory" in my kitchen, until I finally learned how to make successful bread quickly and easily, saving lots of money on our grocery bills.

These videos were filmed in 2010 with amateur equipment, so please forgive the poor audio/video quality. At the time, I was a home demonstrator for Bosch Mixers and Nutrimill grain mills. I have changed several things about the recipe since then, most notably I use much less yeast (just 2 tablespoons for the full 6-loaf batch). However all of the basic principles still apply, and I explained how easily you can adjust the recipe to your liking. Not long after this was filmed, I was hired as a corporate trainer for Bosch Mixers & Nutrimill, moved to Utah, and abandoned my website and business. I worked there for 5 years before being downsized, as many of the small kitchen stores and home distributors I helped to train and support were squeezed out by online retailers. I took my book (No More Bricks! Successful Whole Grain Bread Made Quick & Easy) out of circulation, because I felt it needed updating, but I lacked the time to do it properly. There are a few used copies floating around on Amazon. Recently, I decided to republish these videos, to help a few friends who are just getting started in breadmaking. I hope it will be helpful to others as well. As time allows, I plan to reconfigure and update my website with new info.
