Muling naging sentro ng kontrobersiya ang pondo ng Kongreso matapos igiit ni Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste na dapat isapubliko ang mga benepisyong tinatanggap ng mga kongresista, kabilang ang umano’y tig-₱2 milyong “Christmas bonus.”
Itinanggi naman ng ilang mambabatas ang sinasabing bonus at iginiit na walang katotohanan ang pahayag ni Leviste.
