Tell them they misrepresented the show in press interviews where the word "hologram" was constantly used... even the CEO of Layered Reality said it would be a hologram.

This was 100% advertised as a hologram concert . Her are claims made by Andrew McGuinness, CEO of Layered Reality, across multiple respected news outlets. These specific statements shaped my expectations .
Some direct quotes from Mr McGuinness include:
