Happy Wednesday everybody!! It’s cold down here in Florida, I hope all my Northern Friends stay safe and warm in all of that snow. Us Floridians get cold (most of us) if it’s below 70 degrees. So I got off the phone with a customer earlier who is moving here to the Orlando area from Beverly Hills, California and needs to lease a home before they purchase. This was a referral by the way and I’m actually working on 3 of them at the same time. We LOVE referrals by the way 😉. I always have an inventory of rentals however they don’t always match the customers because of what they are and where they are. In that case I use a client of Coldwell Banker that purchases active properties for sale for our customers and then leases them back to them so it works the same.
