Описание: A 16-year-old girl died following a Tuesday night car crash south of Bixby Knolls in Long Beach. The collision occurred around 8 p.m. when a 17-year-old boy driving a car with the girl as a passenger changed lanes on Long Beach Boulevard and struck a Jeep Wrangler. Both cars were traveling southbound, just past Wardlow. The boy and girl were hospitalized in critical condition; the girl later died. The Jeep driver was uninjured and cooperated with police. Authorities suspect speed and distracted driving contributed to the crash but released no further details.
