About the Peds Riot episodes:
In these episodes, the pedestrians of Vice City attack each other with weapons using the 'Peds Riot (FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT)' and 'Peds Carry Guns (OURGODGIVENRIGHTTOBEARARMS)' cheat codes.
Using the GTA Vice City Rainbomizer mod, peds can be given random weapons, various episodes may see the peds and vehicles randomized too.
With God Mode mod enabled, Tommy will not take damage from anything or attract police attention when committing a crime.
The Ignore mod makes it so that all of the peds ignore Tommy, and concentrate on fighting each other instead, although it does confuse them sometimes and make them stand still for a short period.
