Maybe you're considering Reformer or have done some, this beginning is for you to expand your practice. In this 30+-minute class, I cue you through a smooth, joint-friendly flow so you can feel stronger, taller, and more in control on the reformer — even if it’s your first time.
We’ll hit core, glutes, hips, and posture with simple, repeatable moves and clear cues. No experience needed.
