"The Snowman" was a 1981 animated Christmas special based on the book by Raymond Briggs. It is an all-time classic. The main theme "Walking in the Air, " composed by Howard Blake is really something special. 💥About the Arrangement💥
This arrangement is based on that of Nathan Mills (‪@BeyondTheGuitar‬). As I played Nathan's arrangement, I kept having more ideas for how the song could work on guitar. I was inspired by his creativity.

So I took his version and added revisions, re-arranged sections, and arranged new sections resulting in the version you see performed in this video. I was very satisfied with the results.

It was that experience of directly interacting with the work of one of the most creative guitar minds around that motivated me to start doing my own arrangements from scratch...and eventually to start this channel.
