Описание: This video is about the Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder in Brilliant Light. There are four colors in the illuminating powder compacts - Iridescent, Incandescent, Euphoric, and Brilliant.

The powder feels just as finely milled and soft as the original ambient powders. The only difference is the strobe powder appears on the skin as a soft glow of a highlight. This appears lit from within and there is no chunks of glitter or sparkles within this powder. The sparkle in the strobe powder is not over the top, does not appear frosty, and does not emphasize pores.

Iridescent - pale pink tone
Incandescent - pale pearl with slight pink undertone
Euphoric - pearl beige tone
Brilliant - warm gold tone

This highlight is a welcome addition to my current highlighter collection. I can wear this powder alone but I also can intensify the appearance of this highlight by adding a cream highlight on my cheeks first and then apply the strobe powder on top.
