Fastest Minecraft Bedrock Bastion Routes

Bridge: 0:05 (armorless)
Pearls: Nearly Guaranteed. 144 gold has less than a 3% chance of not getting 12+ pearls.

Obsidian: Nearly guaranteed, but you may have to trade longer to get all 10 trades.

Housing: 1:20 (armor strongly recommended)
Pearls: About a 20% chance of not getting 12+ pearls.

Obsidian: 1 chest plus 81 trades. 8 average obsidian from trades and an average chest gives you around 6 obsidian. If you don't get obsidian from this chest, you can also get the chest in the middle of the housing units on the way out.

Treasure: 2:36 (armor required)
Pearls: About a 20% chance of not getting 12+ pearls.

Obsidian: 3 chests and approximately 80 trades. Gives you on average 8 obsidian from trades and 10-15 from chests. (The third chest is located beneath the gold blocks on the second rampart. If you don't get any obsidian in the other chests, just use some of the gold you get over there and distract the piglins while you loot the chest).

Stables: 4:24 (armor strongly recommended)
Pearls: This is a highroll route and will only give you 12+ pearls about 60% of the time. You can however use gold in chests to get more trades.

Obsidian: 3 chests and a minimum of 36 trades almost guarantees enough obsidian.

NOTE: the reason the stables route is a highroll route is because all other routes are very slow on stables. However, if you want to a different route that is more consistent for stables, check out this video:
