Описание: The mansion and adjoining industrial site are fated for demolition, but have for now escaped from being turned into a townhouse development. The industrialist Robert McNeal built the mansion in the late 19th century adjacent to his pipe foundry. The site was later acquired by U.S. Pipe but abandoned in the mid fifties. Nature and vandalism have reduced the mansion to its current state.
