One peaceful morning, I walked into my neighbour's vegetable garden with no intention of harvesting vegetables or working the soil. I came for a completely different reason—to listen.

Using bioelectric sensors and modular synthesizers, I connected to two ordinary plants: a climbing bean and an onion.
What happened next surprised me.

Although separated by several metres, their living electrical activity seemed quietly connected, reminding me that beneath every healthy garden exists an invisible world where roots, fungi and beneficial bacteria exchange nutrients and chemical messages through what scientists often call the Wood Wide Web.
This recording isn't composed music.

Every note you hear is created by the living bioelectrical activity of the plants themselves, translated into sound through modular synthesizers.
