If you're like me and experience travel sickness and you don't want to give up your fitness goals, here is an assortment of snacks to bring along on your journey. This combination of foods will help bind and settle the stomach and will sustain you until you reach your destination so you won't have to face starvation!
Since plane food on long haul flights always makes me feel ill, I always bring along my own snacks to nourish me during the arduous journey. I like to snack on neutral foods that bind the stomach, such as wholemeal bread, crackers, plain yoghurt, fruit, nuts and protein balls. I steer clear of any heavy foods, reduce dairy intake and avoid edibles containing large amounts of sugar. I have found that this combination works well every time and I hope you find this video helpful. Happy travels :).
